Our boys Prince Charlie Highland jacket has a choice of two waistcoat styles; a 3 button waistcoat on a different listing (which is designed to wear with a bow tie) or this listing which shows a 5 button waistcoat (which is designed to wear with a tie or cravat). These all have chrome buttons and are hand made in Scotland.
