Refund Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with everything that you purchase from the kilts4all website. Therefore, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, totally unused within 28 days of the date of dispatch. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning an item under our 28-Day Return Policy  including any re-importation taxes unless the goods supplied are faulty.

Exchange for different sizes/colours
• Please return the item(s) back to us at the address listed below.
• We recommend goods are returned using a secure and traceable shipping method as they remain your responsibility until they are received back to us.
• Please note your order number with the return.
• Please state the size/colour of the replacement you require.
• When we receive the item(s) to be exchanged we will attempt to process them as quickly as possible. There may be a small charge for re-sending the item(s) back to you.
Exchange for different items
• If the item/s you wish to exchange are not the same price as the ones you now wish to buy please request a refund for your returned item and rebuy what you’d like from the website.
Returning item(s) for a refund
• Please return your unwanted item(s) back to us at the address below. On receipt of the item we will process your refund, usually within 2-3 working days.
Made To Order Items
We are unable to accept returns or refund requests for made to order items. These have been made to your requirements and sizes and have been checked by quality control. However if there is a fault or items have been delivered in error please email us with your request.
When placing an order for a made to order product a member of our team will be in touch with you to confirm delivery timescales and all measurements (where applicable) to ensure that everything is confirmed before the manufacturing process begins.
We will also call you when buying fabric and linings to reconfirm your order before we dispatch because once we cut we cannot refund.
For all returns please note:
Please contact us first by email before you return any items providing us with your order details. We will issue you a returns number which you include with the returned item.
All returned items must be received by us within 28 days of receipt of your order.
Customers are responsible for their own postal return charges back to us unless goods were faulty or there was an error with the order you received. Otherwise, postal costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
A refund/exchange will only be provided upon receipt of the returned goods received in the same condition as they were sent along with the order number and returns number. 
If we cannot send a replacement you have requested one of our team will contact you to discuss your options.
Returns for refund will not include any delivery charges unless the return is due to a fault.
These provisions in relation to returns and refunds do not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods or your right of cancellation.
